Breakfast:
3 eggs with turkey and tortilla.
3 cups of great coffee.
Handful of vitamins.

Lunch:
1 Banana
20 prunes
1 apple
1 recovery shake

Dinner:
Spaghetti
1 tortilla
1 large salad
1 can of tuna
